These terms describe use of the Peek Peek app and peekpeek.xyz, operated by Andre Elias. By using them, you agree to these terms.

The service

Peek Peek offers visual games for entertainment and personal enjoyment. Results describe your activity in the games; they are not a medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.

Free and paid access

Pair Peek is available free. Peek Peek+ provides access to additional games and Daily Peek. Available features and offers may change. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial will be shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the terms shown at purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its applicable policies.

Acceptable use and ownership

Please use the service lawfully and do not interfere with it, copy or redistribute its content without permission, or attempt to bypass access controls. Peek Peek and its licensors retain their rights in the app and its content.

Availability and responsibility

Features may change or be unavailable from time to time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or particular outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
